Administrative Reports

Seven standardized administrative reports have been created for Reserves.

The Version Info Report

The Version Info report can be used to quickly obtain a list of versions in your instance of Reserves. See 000 Reserves Version Info for more information.

Security Reports

Six of the administrative reports are used to audit Reserves's security configuration, and can be used to visualize all of the roles, permissions, and users that have been added to your Reserves instance.

Because there is no "Security" context, your security reports will be added to one of your contexts.

In this example, all of the security reports were added to the economics context.

Security-Specific Report Options

Each one of the following report options were designed for use with Reserves's standard security reports.

Option NameDescription
Include Disabled UsersWhen this option is not enabled, none of the disabled users in your Reserves instance will be included in your rendered report.
Order By

Use this option to control how users are ordered in rendered reports. Sorting options include:

  • User Name
  • User First Name
  • User Last Name
  • User Creation Date
  • Last Logon Date
  • Days Since Last Logon
Ascending/DescendingUse this option in conjunction with the Order By option.
Users Added SinceUse the three drop-down menus associated with this option to specify a cut-off date for new users. No users created after the date you select will be included in the rendered report.
Role SelectionMove roles from the list on the left to the list on the right to include them in your report. Only roles in the list on the right-hand side of the screen will be included in your final report.
Days Since Last Login>=Use these two drop-down menus to only include users who have logged in before or after a certain date.
Publisher Roles OnlyEnable this option to only include publishing roles in your report.
Include Unchanged PrivilegesEnable this option to include all of the permissions in Reserves. When this option is disabled, only the privileges that are not in their default state will be included in the final report.
